«Hazard Hunt» Program
One of the main initiatives of the company was the Hazard hunt program, designed specifically to monitor compliance with safe and unsafe actions in the workplace, as well as the state of working conditions.
The purpose of this program is to improve working conditions and promote the development of a safety culture in the company as a whole. Every employee, as well as employees of contracting organizations, can participate in this program.
As a motivational factor for participating in the program, the company provides material gifts such as cell phones, backpacks, T-shirts, fleece jackets, thermal mugs, wireless headphones, power banks and others. In addition, the participants of the program are awarded a diploma for their contribution to improving working conditions
