Requirements:
- Higher education-Technical
- experience in managing the design and construction of residential, commercial and social facilities from the development stage of the technical specifications to the delivery of the finished object to the Customer and commissioning;
- experience in construction of prefabricated factory metal frame and reinforced concrete structures, modular construction;
- experience in launching production sites;
- experience and ability to plan the construction stages, their preparation and control;
- experience working with contractors and subcontractors in the framework of claims work and reducing risks and costs for the company;
- the candidate must know the stages and process of organizing various types of construction work;
- ability to read design documentation, design drawings;
- a high level of acceptance of responsibility, independence in solving tasks.
- Knowledge of English.    

     
Responsibilities:
- management of the production and construction cycle of the project (assembly of modular buildings from prefab structures) from design (development and control of the release of project documentation), control of the manufacture of products and delivery to construction sites to the organization of construction on the construction site and interaction, and control of the stages of construction and delivery of the object to the Customer;
- participation in the formation of contract documents (contracts, additional agreements);
- control over the timely signing of contract documents;
- negotiating with a potential customer and contractors, coordinating the project;
- preparation and provision of timely execution of calendar schedules for the implementation of the project;
- analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of coordination processes for the implementation of the construction phase of the project;
- analysis of the market of services for the design and construction of modular buildings and structures;
- implementation of interaction on preparation and coordination of technical tasks for design contractors (modular buildings from prefab structures);
- management and control of the construction process on construction sites, interaction with the head of the construction site;
- taking part in the acceptance of works from the construction contractor and delivery of works to the Customer;
- operational management of the construction process, control of timely procurement and supply of materials;
- preparation of a plan report on the stages of construction of the project implementation;
- conducting claim work and contract work within the framework of interaction and coordination on the project.
